Description

Loaded with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, this fuchsia-colored smoothie is as tasty as it looks!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 8 oz Orange Juice
  • 1 cup Frozen Berry Mix (a blend of blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries is my favorite!)
  • 1/2 cup of Beets (washed, keep the skin on!)
  • 1/2 cup Grapes (purple skinned is preferred)
  • 1/2 of an Apple
  • 1/2 of a Banana
  • 1 Tbsp Flaxseeds (optional but highly recommend! )
  • 1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts (optional but highly recommend! )

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the apple and beet.
  2. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Add anything else to-taste!
