This Vegan Chocolate Mousse is incredibly decadent, silky smooth, rich and creamy, and…healthy?! It’s hard to believe since it’s so good, but this is one dessert you can enjoy without feeling guilty (or queasy) after eating!

Chocolate Mousse
- 16 oz package of Silken tofu (must be silken!)
- 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 3 Tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
- 2–4 Tbsp maple syrup (to sweetness preference)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- pinch of sea salt
Options For Serving
- Fresh fruit: strawberries, raspberries, blueberries
- cacao nibs
- dusting of cocoa powder
- small pinch of sea salt for garnish
Instructions
- Drain silken tofu and place in a food processor. Add in everything else under “Chocolate Mousse” and process until smooth, stopping a couple times to scrape sides. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate before serving. Option to garnish with fresh fruit of choice, cacao nibs, a sprinkle of cocoa powder, and a small pinch of sea salt. Enjoy!
