Description

This bright and creamy Tahini Dressing with Cilantro and Dill pairs perfectly with just about any salad!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/4 cup Tahini
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro, minced
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 3 tsp fresh dill, minced or 1/8 tsp dried dill
  • 3 Tbsps Cold Water

Instructions

  1. In small bowl whisk together: tahini, minced cilantro, lemon juice, garlic powder, and dill.
  2. Add 1 Tbsp of cold water at a time, whisking to combine. It may thicken up before it thins out, but keep stirring! After 3 Tbsp cold water dressing should be perfect consistency.
  3. Drizzle this Tahini Dressing over salads and enjoy!

Notes

*This Tahini Dressing keeps in the fridge in an air-tight container for up to 4-5 days.

*After dressing has been been refrigerated, stir well and add a splash of water if necessary.
