If I’m making a Power Bowl with a mix of beans, grains, and a rainbow of veggies then this is often my go-to dressing! You can whip this dressing up in 5 minutes and feel good about what you’re dressing your power bowl up with. The flavors of this Tahini Dressing with Cilantro and Dill are bright yet mild, making this dressing very versatile!
Tahini is a sesame seed butter and it’s delicious. Lots of recipes will call for an umami flavor (Tamari or Liquid Aminos) when making a tahini-based dressing but I prefer to keep it light and bright.
