Tahini Dressing with Cilantro and Dill

- ¼ cup Tahini
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro minced
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
- 3 tsp fresh dill minced or ⅛ tsp dried dill
- 3 Tbsps Cold Water
In small bowl whisk together: tahini, minced cilantro, lemon juice, garlic powder, and dill.
Add 1 Tbsp of cold water at a time, whisking to combine. It may thicken up before it thins out, but keep stirring! After 3 Tbsp cold water dressing should be perfect consistency.
Drizzle this Tahini Dressing over salads and enjoy!
