Ingredients

  • 8 oz Orange Juice
  • 1 cup Frozen Berry Mix a blend of blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries is my favorite!
  • ½ cup of Beets washed, keep the skin on!
  • ½ cup Grapes purple skinned is preferred
  • ½ of an Apple
  • ½ of a Banana
  • 1 Tbsp Flaxseeds optional but highly recommend!
  • 1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts optional but highly recommend!

Instructions

  • Roughly chop the apple and beet.
  • Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Add anything else to-taste!
