Beet and Berry Antioxidant Smoothie

- 8 oz Orange Juice
- 1 cup Frozen Berry Mix a blend of blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries is my favorite!
- ½ cup of Beets washed, keep the skin on!
- ½ cup Grapes purple skinned is preferred
- ½ of an Apple
- ½ of a Banana
- 1 Tbsp Flaxseeds optional but highly recommend!
- 1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts optional but highly recommend!
Roughly chop the apple and beet.
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Add anything else to-taste!
