Ingredients
8ozPlant milkmore to thin
2cupsMango chunksfresh or frozen
½of a Banana
3TbspHulled hemp seeds
2tspLime juice — about ½ of a lime
Optional sweetener — datemaple syrup, honey
Instructions
Place all ingredients except for optional sweetener into a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Taste, and if it needs a little sweetness then add in your choice of sweetener. Enjoy!
