Ingredients
1-2Tomatoes, diced
¼cupYellow onionfinely chopped
1TbspCilantrofinely chopped
⅓-½of a Jalapeño or Serrano Pepperminced (omit some or all seeds depending on spice level)
2clovesof Garlicminced
Lime juiceto taste
Saltto taste
Instructions
Add tomato(es), onion, cilantro, jalapeño and garlic to medium-sized bowl and stir to combine. Add lime juice and salt to taste. Serve immediately or store in the fridge in a well-sealed container for up to 5 days.
