Garden Fresh Pico De Gallo

Ingredients

  • 1-2 Tomato es, diced
  • ¼ cup Yellow onion finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Cilantro finely chopped
  • ⅓-½ of a Jalapeño or Serrano Pepper minced (omit some or all seeds depending on spice level)
  • 2 cloves of Garlic minced
  • Lime juice to taste
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Add tomato(es), onion, cilantro, jalapeño and garlic to medium-sized bowl and stir to combine. Add lime juice and salt to taste. Serve immediately or store in the fridge in a well-sealed container for up to 5 days.
