Ingredients

  • 6 oz Plant Milk
  • 1 cup Mango frozen chunks
  • 1 cup Pineapple fresh or frozen
  • ½ of a Banana
  • 1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds optional
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Flaxseeds optional

Instructions

  • Place everything in blender and blend until smooth. Add anything more you think it needs! Garnish with fruit pieces for a fun presentation.

Notes

I like to use at least one frozen fruit, otherwise you'll need to add ice!
