Tangy bbq Sauce

Tangy bbq Sauce

This BBQ Sauce is full of tangy flavor, easy to make, and has no questionable ingredients! If you’ve never read the ingredients of your store-bought sauces or condiments, head over to your refrigerator and do that right now.  When I took the time to turn the condiment bottles over and read the labels, I threw out nearly all of them. High fructose corn syrup everywhere (and dyes), it was shocking. From that moment on, I read the back of everything I pick up in the grocery store, and most things I put right back on the shelf. It’s not easy finding a good BBQ sauce, and sometimes it’s just nice to make your own!

What’s wrong with high fructose syrup?

High fructose corn syrup is a sweetener used in quite a few packaged food items. Always read the label before you buy anything, you’ll be shocked at the things they put in food! It seems high fructose corn syrup is what’s used to sweeten most BBQ sauces and I want nothing to do with that.  Excessive consumption of high fructose corn syrup has been linked to an array of health problems! Some of which include insulin resistance and resulting in type 2 diabetes, inflammation, obesity, increased fatty liver, heart disease, and cancer.

Always read labels and avoid High Fructose Corn Syrup like the plague! Your body will thank you.
