Avocado Oil for sautéing

or fire cider if you make it!

Liquid Aminos or Tamari
or sub soy sauce

Instructions
Heat avocado oil on medium heat in a tall pot and sauté garlic for 30 seconds, being careful not to let it burn.
Stir in tomato sauce, reduce heat to low. Add all remaining ingredients.
Simmer on low for 15-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens.
Notes
Use BBQ sauce immediately or allow sauce to cool and store in a well-sealed container for up to 1 week in the fridge or freeze for 2-3 months.
