- 2 cups Plant Milk I prefer soy
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tsp Butterfly Pea Flower powder you can also use whole flowers with a tea ball
- 1 ¼ " piece of Ginger root minced
- ½ stick of Cinnamon
- drizzle of Honey or maple syrup optional — I don't think it needs it!
Mince ginger and add it to a tea ball.
Place 2 cups plant milk, 1 cup water, 1 tsp butterfly pea powder, tea ball with ginger, and 1 stick of cinnamon in a small pot and bring to a simmer. Gently simmer on low for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally so film doesn't form on top.
Remove tea ball and pour into a mug. Option to add a little sweetener if desired but I don't think it's necessary!
