Ingredients

  • 16 oz medium firm tofu
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2-4 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh fruit of choice (optional)

Instructions

  • Use a blender and add all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Add more sweetener or fruit to-taste. Enjoy!

Notes

 
  • This "yogurt" is best eaten fresh and keeps in the fridge only about 1 day, so eat up!
